What costs are covered by insurance?

Billing is based on the German Schedule of Fees for Medical Services (GOÄ). Whether and to what extent your private insurance reimburses the costs depends on your chosen tariff and contractual terms. We are happy to assist you with clarification.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Generally, we can offer you an appointment within a few days. In urgent cases, we strive for a short-term solution. Please contact us by phone for quick appointment scheduling.

Which specialists are available on-site?

On-site, you will find specialists in general medicine, gynecology, anesthesiology, and sports medicine, conservative orthopedics, as well as physiotherapists, osteopaths, and nutritionists.

Are chronic illnesses also treated?

Yes, we care for patients with chronic illnesses. We tailor the program individually to your clinical picture.

How long does a stay last?

We recommend a minimum stay of three weeks for optimal results. Stays of 7 or 14 days are also possible and bring noticeable changes.

What services are included?

The curative stay includes accommodation in our modern apartments, full board with vital cuisine, and an individually tailored program of diagnostics, therapy, exercise, and wellness.

What does a curative stay cost?

The costs depend on the room category and start at €340.00 per night, including full board. Medical treatment is billed separately according to GOÄ.

Are there programs for burnout prevention?

Yes, after an initial examination, we will work with you and our team of experts to develop an individual plan for stress reduction and burnout prevention.
