By plane
Munich Airport is only about one hour (approx. 90 km) from Lake Tegernsee. From the airport, you can conveniently take the S-Bahn or the airport bus to Munich Central Station. From there, the Bavarian Regional Railway (BRB) takes you directly to Tegernsee. Alternatively, our in-house shuttle service will be happy to pick you up directly at the airport.
By train
The journey on the Bavarian Regional Railway (BRB) from Munich Central Station to Tegernsee station takes around 1 hour and 10 minutes. Our in-house shuttle service will also be happy to pick you up directly at Munich or Tegernsee station.
By car
From the north:
Take the A8 Munich–Salzburg motorway to Exit 97 Holzkirchen, then follow the B318/B307 to Lake Tegernsee.

From the south:
Either via the Inn Valley, Achen Pass and the B307, or via the Inn Valley motorway and the A8 Munich–Salzburg motorway to Exit 99 Irschenberg.
If you arrive by car, ample parking is available in our spacious underground car park. Electric vehicles can be conveniently charged at our charging stations.
