With support from MedVital: A resounding success – the Lions Tegernsee Classic 2025
Classic cars, community, and outstanding willingness to donate
On June 14, 2025, it was that time again: 44 lovingly maintained classic cars set off in glorious weather for the Lions Tegernsee Classic. The varied route around Lake Tegernsee, combined with exciting special stages, delighted participants and spectators alike.
Auction success and impressive commitment
In the evening, more than €6,000 was raised in the beer garden of the Tegernseer Hof through the auction of attractive sponsor gifts. Particularly noteworthy was the special campaign in support of the Rottach-Egern mountain rescue service: 40 high-quality backpacks worth €170 each were donated – and the Lions charity even increased this generous contribution to a total of 60.
MedVital also provided active support: an exclusive 2-day check-up including an overnight stay was successfully auctioned.
Making a difference together
All proceeds from the event will go directly and for a designated purpose to two important regional organisations: Hospizverein Miesbach e. V. and Förderverein Bergrettung Tegernseer Tal e. V. Both can look forward to a five-figure funding amount once the final accounts are available.
