Which patients are treated at the private practice?
Our private practice is open to privately insured patients, those entitled to benefits, and self-payers. We deliberately take sufficient time for each patient – therefore we treat exclusively on a private basis.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be requested by phone at +49 (0) 8022 / 9254-101, by email at medizin@medvital-residenz.de, or directly via our contact page. We strive to provide prompt appointment scheduling.
How does the first visit proceed?
During the initial visit, we conduct a comprehensive medical history interview and, if necessary, initial diagnostic examinations. Please bring relevant previous medical records, your insurance card, and a current medication list.
Which medical specialties does the private practice cover?
We offer General & Complementary Medicine, Conservative Orthopedics, Aesthetic Medicine, Physiotherapy, Nutritional Medicine, and Mental Health – all under one roof with short distances.
Are the costs covered by insurance?
Private health insurance companies and benefit offices generally cover costs according to the GOÄ (German Medical Fee Schedule). For self-payers, we prepare a transparent cost estimate in advance.
Which health resort programs does MedVital offer?
We offer five programs: Longevity Classics (holistic prevention), BodyVital (movement & pain), SoulVital (mental regeneration), SelectVital (individually customized), and RehaVital (rehabilitation). Each program is individually tailored to your needs.
How long does a health resort stay last?
The programs comprise 7, 14, or 21 days depending on the variant. We recommend at least 14 days to achieve sustainable results. You will receive individual consultation on the optimal duration from our health resort advisory service.
What is included in the health resort stay?
Each stay includes a comfortable apartment, initial and final medical examinations, individual therapy and treatment plans, access to the Medical Spa, and a coordinated activity program. Details vary depending on the selected program.
How do I book a health resort stay?

Can I adjust the program on-site?
Yes, all programs are flexibly designed. After the initial medical examination, your therapy plan will be individually adjusted if necessary – even during your stay.
Does my insurance cover the health resort costs?
Private health insurance companies frequently cover part of the medical services. We are happy to prepare a detailed cost estimate for submission to your insurance company. Our health resort advisory service will support you in this process.
