Our team of trainers stands for scientifically sound, exclusive training. Each session is individually adapted to your fitness level, health conditions, and personal goals.

Functional Circuit Training

We train in a circuit with various stations and work in complex, multi-dimensional movements to train the body holistically. Instead of working individual muscles in isolation, multiple muscle groups and joints are activated simultaneously. This improves our strength, coordination, stability, and mobility.
The perfect class, regardless of performance level, to create balance or enrichment for everyday life.

Back Fit

The focus is on exercises designed to strengthen the back muscles, improve posture, and alleviate back pain. In the class, we practice strength and mobilization exercises, stretching, and techniques for better posture. Body awareness is also trained. And along the way, you will learn how to use your back correctly and safely in everyday life.
The right class for everyone who wants more strength, mobility, and control for their back. Regardless of performance level – our trainers will show you individual exercises if needed. Thanks to the small group concept, the trainer is always by your side.

Early Bird Wake Up

In this class, we train in short, intensive intervals.
High Intensity Interval Training improves endurance as well as strength, and also stimulates the metabolism (afterburn effect). The class is individually adaptable for all performance levels. Through targeted movement sequences with high intensity and short intervals, cardiovascular performance is improved and the whole body is challenged.

Afterwork Session / Weekend Booster

This class is a functional full-body workout that combines strength, endurance, and mobility. In varied intervals, we train with our own body weight as well as free exercises that are practical and effective.
The focus is on clean movement sequences, individual adaptation options, and a balanced training feeling, completely without performance pressure. Due to the interval nature, the body is challenged without being overwhelmed, so that both beginners and advanced participants can train optimally.
An ideal class to become stronger, fitter, and more energized – whether as an active start to the day or as a balance after work.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)

PMR is a relaxation method in which individual muscle groups are consciously tensed and then released. This improves body awareness, releases muscle tension, and calms the nervous system – ideal for regeneration, stress reduction, and relaxation.
This class is individually adaptable and suitable for every level.

Yoga

This class combines flowing movements, conscious breathing, and targeted relaxation. The class is suitable for all levels and helps to build strength, flexibility, and inner balance. Special emphasis is placed on mindful practice so that you leave each session feeling strengthened and balanced.

Body & Mind

This is a holistic movement class that connects body and mind. The focus is on mindful, strengthening, and simultaneously releasing movements, combined with conscious body awareness. Both dynamic and activating, as well as quiet and regenerative. Ideal for starting the day strengthened.

Back to strength – with conscious breath.
